About Sarah Dickinson, Principal
Sarah has built a career spanning the public, private, and non-profit sectors, serving as an internal consultant and change management agent for a wide variety of organizations. On top of her background in government administration, performance management, and data analytics, she has cultivated robust skills in facilitation and in training design and delivery. She earned an M.S. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford and wrote her thesis on bias in employee surveys. She is a certified Prosci Change Practitioner and has served as a presenter and panelist at national and international conferences. Sarah is a resident and native of the Washington, D.C. area.
